H3-Hair Health Holiness reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

No Contingency on Further Releases and Improvements

Your access to or purchase of Services is not contingent upon the delivery of any future release, feature, functionality, product, or service unless expressly stated otherwise.

As-Is

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property
